"Customer complaint was with the left side panel of the range getting hot too the touch. Found no issues with the door gasket or door sealing completely. No error codes stored, tested components in diagnostics. I removed the side panel of the range to check the insulation around the oven cavity, tucked the insulation in against the oven cavity near front of range by the door hinge. Tested the oven at 400F. The side panel is not hot too the touch. Customer confirmed the side panel is no longer hot like they had experienced."

"Found tub full of water. F8 E3 fault stored in diagnostics as well as F0 E4 spin speed reduced due to water temperature too hot. Removed water from tub, cleared error codes, tested washing machine. The water inlet valves are leaking into the wash tub when the washing machine is powered off as well as when on, the water inlet valves are assy will need to be replaced. The washer lid is broken at the left hinge and glass popping out, lid will need to be replaced. Customer does not want to repair the washer at this time, due to cost of repair. Notified customer there is also water leaking from the cold water house supply valve, reason for water on the basement floor."

"F9 E1 fault, long drain. The drain pump runs continuously, until long drain fault occurs. Faulty transducer. The electronic control need to be replaced. Please call customer to schedule a follow up appointment with part once ETA is known for receiving the electronic control. Home owners were not at home, mother met me at the house, did not have a copy of the proof of purchase. Asked customer to send in a copy of there proof of purchase. Washer was manufactured in 2026; ordrng 1 W11806069 (Electronic control)"

Installed new latch and drain pump and test drain complete
