Confirmed closing and took picture of document. Updated information on ticket. Tested and found center burner not operating properly. Flame dropping out when adjusted but gas still flowing. Ordering orifice holder and burner head. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 8/30 PM ; ordrng 1 W11217186 (Orifice holder) and 1 W10811599 (Burner head)

"Removed and replaced compressor and all related parts. Charged with nitrogen to 225psi. Checked for leaks, none found. Allowed unit to sit under pressure for 20 minutes, no loss of pressure. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum. Weighed in correct charge,56 grams, of R600. Compressor running and all components operating properly.Compressor covered under 60 month sealed system warranty.; used 1 R600A (Refrigerant) from stock"

"Upon arrival found unit making ice. Entered diagnostics, ran test 56, no ice maker error codes. Ran test 57, ice maker cycled, dumped ice and completed correctly. Ran test 45, valve activated and filled correctly. Again checked freezer temperature, running at 4 degrees with freezer set at -3. Customer stated they had a power outage last night. Possibly this could have reset any error codes for ice maker. Customer says another service company replaced compressor approximately a month ago. Pulled refrigerator out, removed back. Found that compressor has been replaced but filter/dryer was not replaced. Checked low side pressure, found it at -10, pressure not correct. Suspect possible partial restriction or contamination due to filter not being replaced. Ordering compressor kit. Checked part availability. Customer traveling next week. Scheduled return for 7/29 PM ; ordrng 1 W11574734 (Compressor kit) and 1 2Xtime (2X time)"

"Arrived, customer said that ice maker was replaced for the second time just a week ago by Advanced Appliance. Compressor was also replaced by Advanced approximately a little over a month ago. She called Whirlpool and we are here as a second opinion. Found just a few dudes in bin. Entered diagnostics, test 56, found E5 error but do not know if that is a new error or old. Ran test 57, ice maker cycled and returned to home position properly. Ran fill test 45, valve activated and filled correctly. Ran tests 36 and 37 for ice box fan and thermistor, both test good. Checked temps in FF and freezer, reading 37 and 9 degrees. Cycled power to refrigerator to clear error and reset. Called tech line spoke to Brandon SR# 7739510725 he said there are a couple of possibilities. If error code was never cleared it could prevent ice production. Other possibility is a sealed system issue not getting freezer temp low enough. He said to have customer monitor unit of the next 48 to 72 hours and see if ice production starts. Advised customer of recommendation. She is going to monitor and let us know. Collected for service call on cc."
