Your company sucks. You didn’t even address the code that the oven was showing. You saw some roaches and didn’t fix the problem. I guarantee the roaches had nothing to do with the oven being a lemon that I had purchased just two months ago. Your company and Whirlpool looked for an out so you didn’t have to fix the problem. More corporate greed at its finest. The tech you sent was a weak individual that took advantage of my family that doesn’t speak English. He couldn’t shoo a roach away? Shame on Advantage but Karma will get you!!! Also I will never buy a Whirlpool ever again.
