Return to install new control board brand unit through service diagnostics verified proper operation

Customer complained unit wont drain. Found faulty. Drain pump. Pump getting 120v . Replaced drain pump from ts. Ran unit after.verified proper operation. ; used 1 W11396717 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

"Customer complaining unit will not heat found blown thermal overload thermostat. Quoted repair. Replaced hi limit thermostat and thermostat from thermal limit kit. Ran unit , heater now coming on and cycling on/off as designed. Collected via check. ; used 1 279816 (THERMAL KIT) from stock"

"Returned to install new gearcase, clutch , agitator and belt. Installed parts ran diagnostics then quick wash . Verified proper operation, ; used 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"

"Upon arrival, customer said unit will run cycles. Its not supposed to and cut off during other cycles to enter service mode. Could not get unit to enter service mode unplugged unit unplugged unit back in. Was able to enter diagnostics then. Valves, pump and spin/agitate working. Found ui working. Ordering control board due to unit being non responsive when first arriving. Informed customer office will call when parts come in. ; ordrng 1 W11742939 (Control)"
