"Complaint unit not cooling not making ice. Doesnt seem to be cooling properly in freezer. I inspected compressor unit producing thermal coefficient properly from discharge line suction line is cold filter dryer is nominal. Inspected evaporator found evaporator fan motor assembly has failed. I found and replaced evaporator fan motor tested operations. Everything now working properly. Customer allow 4 to 12 hours for unit to drop down a temperature properly and fresh food compartment.; used 1 WPW10464673 (EVAP MOTOR), and 1 WP2315539 (EVAP MOTOR) from stock"

"I replaced all previously ordered parts, tested operations no further issues found at this time. Everything working fine. Unit crushing and dispensing hole and cubed ice fine as well. Unit will intermittently dispense whole cubes when crushing, which is normal operation same thing when dispensing cube dice whole ice."
