Complaint washing machine lid will not unlock unit not progressing through cycles properly not washing will not power on anymore. Bug infestation cannot service cockroaches.

I replaced motor unit now dispensing ice perfectly fine no additional issues found at this time.

"Complaint unit will not dispense ice. I found no noise, but the damper is open and closed when button is pushed. I removed ice bin unplugged wiring checked pin connectors found unit is getting proper voltage to the motor was able to get motor to spin and then it stopped again when bucket was installed back on gear. Ordering motor.; ordrng 1 W11202789 (Motor)"

Complaint leaking door not closing properly issues. I found complaint true will do. Also an issue but mildew is not covered. I replaced door gasket door is now closing properly and no longer leaking. Customer stated she had to have her son come over and move the washing machine to help her get all the water off of the floor the other day.

Complaint now unit is over cooling. Getting too cold I found fresh food section is 3435?. Freezer is -7? freezer. Temperature door was set to max cold. I found thermostat may be defective ordering thermostat. Full frost pattern on evaporator no balls of ice.; ordrng 1 W11608693 (Thermostat)

I replaced all previously ordered parts. Unit had been freezing all the food in the refrigerator section as I set the thermostat to max cold last visit. No additional issues reported by customer.

Complaint refrigerator not cooling freezer is 39 degrees upon arrival fridge is 52 degrees compressor cutting off condenser fan as well not going into defrost even though I set unit to coldest temperature overload clicking off at 1.6 amp draw replaced overload device unit now pulling 1.8 amp draw upon start up dissipating down to .77 amp draw steady and as compressor heats up amp draw rises to .86 amp draw after running for 10 mins steady not going above. Discharge line is hot filter drier warm. About 16 mins in condenser fan and compressor turned off for 3 mins then turned back on after sitting idle for 2 mins unit still set to coldest temperature. No issues with compressor starting up again all connectors are tight. Office to call customer when parts come in. One of the parts is on backorder.; ordrng 1 W11608693 (Thermostat) and 1 W11616408 (Control)

No further issues found.

Complaint F3 E0 is displaying cannot use oven. I found control board is sending 120 V through temperature probe sensor causing your to melt a replace sensor and control at the same time. No additional issue is found unit is heating and operating normally now. ; used 1 WPW10181986 (SENSOR) from stock

I replaced all previously ordered parts tested operations. Unit is heating perfectly fine with no further issues reported
