Returned to install parts ordered. Installed both oven control boards and installed new Ui panel. Ran bake on both sections . Verified proper operation

Found unit just humming when trying to run agitate or spin in service mode. Replaced capacitor from ts. Verified proper operation. ; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock

Customer complained unit will not respond. Will not turn on upon arrival. Found UI is unresponsive. Keep cycling from whirlpool symbol to cutting off . Tried power cycling did not help issue. No loose harnesses. ordering new user interface and control boards. Informed customer Office will call when parts come in.; ordrng 1 W11297709 (Ui panel) and 1 W11261167 (Control board) and 1 W11261169 (Control board)

Return to install new main harness installed main harness tested oven and tested surface burners verified proper operation

"Evacuated Freon from filter drier, also evacuated from process tube. Pushed nitrogen through process tube and let unit sit for a minute. Took off high side from compressor, when taking off high side Freon must have been trapped in compressor and flames shot out , was able to cover with wet towels I had but flames melted harness above compressor. Called techline to report unit non repairable due to melted harness from frame. Sr#7741266367 informed customer unit is not repairable. Informed them someone will contact them within the next few business days ."
