Customer complained top rack is broken. Upon arrival found top rack is broke at the left side support where it connects to the rack. Needs new top(3rd level) rack. Informed customer office will call when part comes in to schedule return call . ; ordrng 1 W11612313 (Top rack)

Customer states unit stopped cooling about a week ago. Plugged unit in let run unit is operating properly however it is not building a frost pattern. Indicating either a blockage or lack of refrigerant. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11557425 (R600 compressor) and 1 W11550396 (Evap)

Installed new spark switches and igniters. Unit is fully operational.

Parts damaged in box reorder and reschedule ; ordrng 2 W11598202 (Trim)s

Retuned to install new glass door and handle. Installed new glass door and handle and reassembled unit. Took pictures and showed customer. Verified proper operation
