Called techline techline said unit hasnt been hooked up to WiFi for updates since January 24 . Said to get customer to call 866-333-4591 to update unit to resolve issues. Turned to install parts ordered by previous tech. Install new magnetron. Ran unit with cup of water test verified proper operation. Customer had already paid total bill. diode part number W1125-6462 (cost $29.99) is the only part not listed in receipt/ticket . Magnatron part number W10278022 was installed today.
