"Complaint icicles forming on top of freezer condensation forming have to scrape ceiling every 35 days. I found freezer door is warped, causing humidity. Enter into freezer sound leading the customers issue. Im ordering freezer door as the bottom section is dragging and hitting liner due to being warped. Customer to open box and door anywhere from 10 to 18 weeks; ordrng 1 WP2183805 (Bracket) and 1 W11178521 (Nameplate) and 1 LW10803965 (SS door freezer)"

Complaint door closure issues shouldnt have to be so hard to close the door dryer wobbles when use bangs around. I found no issues with the door showed customer how to close the door. I can close the door with two fingers. I leveled the dryer dryer being out of level was the cause of the banging noise. No further issues found with dryer dryer is heating fine as of right now.

"Complaint gas leaking I found line caped off to appliance upon arrival I found gas leak coming from shut off valve unable to test appliance fully as line is caped off. Customer stated that the gas company was wrenching on the gas regulator, twisting it that is attached to the cooktop thinking it was leaking from there. If any damage has occurred to that regulator gas company is responsible. Called safety team file number 7739880586"

I replaced main control board found that the motor was never plugged in from previous service order.
