"Tested and ran washer, no leaks found. Customer said that problem happened earlier in week but did not happen when she ran 2 loads yesterday. Unable to duplicate complaint. Advised customer that I suspect bellows. Quoted customer for replacing bellows and saved estimate. Customer declined repair at this time. Collected for service call on ck#642"

Complaint light will not come on has never come on. I found the harness between the main control board and the light socket was unplugged. I secured connector plugged unit back in light is now working perfectly. No additional issues found with oven or cooktop at this time Broil is also working fine

Complaint microwave heating issues touch screen not keeping time. Complaint microwave not heating buzzing and sparking. I found spark came from diode failing. I replaced diode I tested operations unit is heating fine now. ; used 1 W11256462 (DIODE UNIV) from stock

"Tested and checked microwave. Found noise coming from outer case being slightly bent on right side and vibrating as microwave runs. No issues with microwave operation. I did loosen and retighten mounting screws, appears to be operating quietly now. Advised customer that this would be considered an installation and/or a cosmetic issue and would not be covered under warranty."
