Complaint the fridge fan is making a noise. Noticed ice build up behind the panel and coming through the panel. Panel also looks defective. Called whirlpool techline. Sr# 7739771224. Advised to replace the fridge panel and to seal around the panel if any gaps between the panel and wall. Order part. Customer will shut the fridge off the night before service. Will call when the part comes in. ; ordrng 1 W11610999 (Ff panel)

Complaint the dryer console will sometimes come on but will only stay on for 10 seconds or so. Unable to get the console to turn on. 120 volts on L2 to neutral. 0 volts from L1 to neutral. 124 volts across L1-L2. Tried to flip the breaker to see if voltage would fix. Will need to address the electrical issue from the breaker to the dryer. Unable to test the dryer due to improper voltage.

"Complaint customer had a power surge in her home prior to the microwave stopped heating and making a loud noise. Put a cup of water in to heat, mag is excessively loud with no heat. Will need a mag cap and diode. With how the unit is installed it will need to be uninstalled to do any repairs on it. Per age no coverage with whirlpool customer would be responsible to have unit removed and repair cost. Sr#7739710848. Cust declined going further with repair due to not cost effective"

The technitian did not provide a solution nor precise diagnostic AT ALL! He smiling told me that it could be one of three components of my washer that was failing... Well... The washer is having not many more components... So, that diagnostic was quite obvious... And told me with a smile that he would have to replace the 3 of them... At a cost of 1100 dollars, the cost of a new washer... I asked him to tell me why the 3 components, and not just checking which component was failing. He said he could not do that... To me it looked more that he didn't want to work and do it... When he left ( with the 140 dollars of course, and not being even telling me the correct diagnostic) I learnt through youtube it is easy to do check which component was failing..... the motherboard, the closing lid or another component I don't remember the name. Unbelievable... One of the most frustrating experience I had with a technician. And the technician told me several times that he was trying to communicate with me when I kept asking about why the 3 components should be replaced... Like if I was stupid... I guess you got what you came for... The 140 dollars..for free. Frustration..
