Upon arrival unit wouldnt start. Found thermal fuse blown. Found proper voltage to unit . Replaced thermal fuse . Ran unit heater cycled on and off. Made sure unit had proper airflow out vent. Verified proper operation. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

Overall outcome was good. Though it took 3 visits by 3 different techs to complete. The first one said it was the igniter and ordered a new one. The second came to install it and said it was his experience that it was the line leading to the igniter and ordered that. Finally the third came and installed both parts. One would expect them to stock their trucks with these items.
