Inform me of past performance of unit informed him unit had been getting stuck in defrost and found signs of damage to auto metal in freezer on fan harness. Parts need to be replaced. Overall outcome was good. Though it took 3 visits by 3 different techs to complete. The first one said it was the igniter and ordered a new one. The second came to install it and said it was his experience that it was the line leading to the igniter and ordered that. Finally the third came and installed both parts. One would expect them to stock their trucks with these items.
