Came to install parts ordered by previous tech. Installed adapter to icebox fan/maker assembly. Installed new drain tube to ref section drain system and vaccumed out water avd ice in ref. Customer paid in previous ticket(this ticket does not reflect charges just description of call and work)

Customer compared handle loose. Installed new handle. Handle is now working as designed.

"Customer complained unit making really loud noise, then wont finish cycle. Fiund f7e4, and f6e3Found gearcase failed rotor coming off avd all parts covered in oil. Was able to remove wash plate /agitator, and gearcase came off inner basket. Ordering gearcase, stator, clutch, slider and rotor. Keeping control board as use on return call. Scheduled return call with customer. ; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor)"

"Upon arrival sw complained unit icemaker not working much at all. Found only a few pieces of ice in ice bin. Icemaker had ice in it. Ran icemaker test, icemaker harvest and filled with water. Checked temp in freezer. Found freezer was 18?. Found full frost pattern, no ice balls on evap anywhere. Ran thermister test for door ice box and door icemaker tray, temps were around 19?. Checked behind unit and found a lot of pet hair covering vent and condenser. Informed customer that may be whats causing unit not to pull down. Inforned customer if issue persists, it may be a failing compressor. Informed customer unit is out of warranty, if it was icemaker or ui issue it would have been covered and she needs to pay a trip fee. She politely told me she wasnt paying anything because the icemaker still isnt working. I informed her I understand whats she saying but I was told to inform her unit is out of warranty and we would need trip fee. She refused. Left call. Inforned her of unit doesnt pull down to correct temp inform Whirlpool its a cooling issue not just icemaker issue."

"Customer complained unit wont run, was after electrical storm. Unit was supposed to be plugged in but wasnt. Upon arrival plugged unit in. Ui wasnt coming on. Unit had 120 at plug. Inspected ui and it kept cutting on and off as I moved wires around. Found frayed wires in door. Inforned customer wire harness damaged and is part of door. Would need new door, and I cant check anything else like compressor untill that issue is fixed. Quote to repair just door and labor , but informed other issues like compressor might still be present after fixing door and could need more worker that. Customer says it wasnt worth fixing . Collected trip fee via card."

"Upon arrival compressor still kicking out, but not coming back on at all this time . After evacuating system and taking off filter drier found unit was contaminated, clumped beads with bad smell and darkcolor in filter drier. Took pictures of filter drier, called techline. C#23767296, was notified it was put in for review. Informed customer someone will contact them around 3-5 days."
