"Cx ststed lid locked and wouldnt open, cx forced their way into unit by breaking lid latch. Replaced with new. Upon arrival had error code f9e1 drain issue, observed damaged wire to drain pump. Replaced, drained water from unit, ran test cycle, unit working as designed.; used 1 W11670519 (LATCH), and 1 W11643701 (HARNESS LOWER) from stock"

The young lady who came to fix our issues with the refrigerator was great. She was thorough checking out every possibility to correct what was a simple solution. And spent the time after the repair offering advice so we don't have this issue again.
