"Drain wire connection has broke at connector added previously. Whole harness wasnt replaced because of complexity of getting to unit. Moved everything so it could be replaced, informed cs it is beyond what we would usually do and in the future they would need to move the dryer out so we could access washer or have a second tech, which isnt covered by contract; used 1 W11643701 (HARNESS LOWER) from stock"

"Complaint of noisey/walking during cycle. No errors in history. Completed diagnostic cycle fine. Normal water levels and draining properly. Lower unit looks good and no bearing noise. Basket secure with little to no play between basket/tub. Suspension is weak, bouncing by multiple times with one press. Ordering suspension; ordrng 1 W10780045 (Suspension)"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty. Getting f9e1 and not draining. Cs had vacuumed water out. Ran cycle and not draining at disposal, no knockout in unit. Attempted to pull out, hard wired and electric too short to pull unit out fully, too short to access drains n pump. Before disconnecting at terminal vacuumed from draining hose at disposal, once cleared ran unit and this time drained fine, (nothing but n vac to show what was clogging it)ran several more times cancelling after fill and drained fine. Reinstalled and ran again before cs and showed him unit now draining. Any further issue order drain, or too make sure , order sump assy. Would make a 2x call for pulling unit and repair if return needed."

Complaint of freezing in top shelf of rf and inconsistent temps in the freezer. Doors are sealing fine. Evap pattern showed thick pattern on 3turns of evap and another section thicker right at the vent opening. Possible sealed system issue. Freezer setting is at max. Also food is in front of rf vent. Unit did go into defrost and verified operation. Symptoms are between a sealed system or poor venting. At this time cleared items and reset setting to recommended for both sections. Rf was set at warmer then recommended. If continues then likely a sealed system issue.
