Complaint dishwasher is not washing dishes. Water will be in the bottom. Will drain water out just fine. I found 4-3 Wash motor failure 7-1 incoming water below operating temperature. Water heating issues must be resolved educate customer on importance of running water from sink faucet till hot before staring a cycle. I cleared error codes replaced motor assembly tested operations. No further issues found verified heater is working in diagnostics.

Complaint when door is closed unit lights will flash unit starts on its own and does weird things not washing I found error codes. 2-1 4-3 5-2 5-1 start button not working properly and cancel replaced sump and control tested operations everything is working properly with no further issues.

I replaced main control and user interface tested operations helped customer pair unit to their Wi-Fi and update dryer. No further issues found with unit today.
