Ck unit upon arrival per customer unit has been making loud noise ran unit and found no error code. Ran diagnostic test and ran high spin cycle found no unusual noise also add a basket of clothes to unit and get clothes soaking wet and ran drain and spin cycle and still no noise unable to determine any failure at this time

Ck unit upon arrival and remove old sump motor and install new sump motor assembly and ran unit and unit is now operating to manufacturers specs

Ck unit upon arrival and found F4E3 error code wash motor not running advance unit in to a cycle and found unit would fill and not wash. Order sump motor assembly for replacement ; ordrng 1 W11087376 (Sump motor)

There is sign of rodents dropping behind unit see attach photos customer did stated that sump assembly was replace on multiple occasions within a past months, inform customer because of rodents company will not service unit but I will submitted for a Authorization part thats needed is W11416362 inform customer office or his warranty will contact him with further information on the next step"
