Checked unit heating normally could not checked vents they are on side to high do not see any vent flaps moving cust needs to remedy this not an issue with dryer have informed cust instruct fullfilled

Customer complaint is that dryer was not turned. Inspected and found belt broken and rollers seized. Replaced using T/S repair kit. Tested and dry is working properly. ; used 1 4392065 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock

"Unit is again slipping on cam though cam screw is tight and actuator looks to be in correct position. Cam screw would not break free. Will need to replace gear case assy. Replaced me of the motor cover screws was not original so ordered that as well.Ordering gear case assy, cam, actuator, Washplate/screw.; ordrng 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate) and 1 W10752187 (Washplate screw) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 2xtime (2x time) and 1 WP22001995 (Cover screw)"

"Unit is showing out of warranty. Cs believes it was purchased less then year ago, but does not have receipt. Control is unresponsive, sometimes not cancel button responds, not on control lock, also clock is uneven brightness. Quoted for control/labor, sent estimate.Cs will look for receipt and paid for service call"
