After replacing shifter using truck stock I calibrated unit and tested it several times. Unit spun and agitated as designed with no abnormal noises. "Upon arrival cx stated he was using two burners on the right side simultaneously and he saw a flashing/spark then unit stopped working. As he disassembled the product he observed a fuse fall out. Fuse was broken, he also stated two pots were touching on the unit while in use. I disassembled unit looking for any signs of damaged activity, cx himself took a fuse from the sis module and placed it in the ssx module to see if it would work, when power was restored, the fuse blew immediately. Will need ssx module to ensure successful repair. Ssx module is no longer available according to our parts department. Collected trio fee"

Customer showed video of unit off balance and it really bad caused damage to walls I believe the basket is Warrens even empty is start to get off balance the suspension rods are tight and bouncing appropriately. I ordering basket and control. Control may not be sensing load properly. No errors in unit. Advised customer basket will be delivered to him direct. Second issue the lid doesnt closed properly the the two lowest screws hit the cabinet I believe the the screw holes are two shallow miss formed from factory ; ordrng 1 W11513243 (Basket) and 1 W10752283 (Wash plate) and 1 W11113665 (Lid) and 1 W11621183 (Control)
