Replaced all parts and verified that the programming is correct damper working and mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on it for the next few days.

Complaint that the refrigerator is freezing up the food on the fresh food side. Found damper very noisy and all thermistors reading properly. Will order damper and control board. To get to the home customer had to bring tech up the hill due to van not able to drive up.; ordrng 1 WPW10317076 (Control Board) and 1 WPW10594329 (Damper Control)

Replaced all parts and washer running normal. Control board and drain pump not needed replacing.

Complaint that the washer is not starting any cycles. Found error codes F2E1 and F9E1. Hold start button didnt respond till it was pressed hard enough. UI harness wire seems ok. Tried running diagnostics cycle and wont run either.
