Cant get the last 1 inch of Gearcase out of spin basket . I was banging on for an over a hour . Its just hanging on edge of spin basket Spoke to Mike going to arrange to go backLeft washer with water off and unplugged Cust aware cant use will contact them to go back; saved tckt

"Installed new wash plate , barrel and bolt ran diagnostics And started wash is agitating still has ticking noise .Not noisy spin only agitation. Is agaitatingFound a fine on the Gearcase and needs hub couldnt get the new wash-plate off. Cracked small piece ; ordrng 11 W11454372 (Gearcase)s and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W10846191 (Plate)"
