Replaced door lower seal and sump assy. Tested in normal cycle and working properly

Replaced part and range still doing the same issues. Initially the problem thats going on is that as soon as the L1 load is connected to the board voltage load would swing to L2. 244v present from L1 to L2 on terminal block thats 122v on L1 to L2 when P1-1 and P1-2 is not connected to the board. As soon as the P1 connector is on the board would swing the voltage on the terminal block from 53v on L1 and 203v on L2. Called office to run things through with RC. Will order wire harness. Customer mentioned that they would call the store and have the range replaced asap because the apartment will be occupied by this weekend.
