"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of loud banging in last minute of cycle.F6e3 only error in history, cleared. Communication error ACU/MCU.Ran diagnostic cycle. And grinds when trying to slow spin. Found stator bolt is loose, tightened and ran again, completed cycle fine."

Complaint that the oven is not heating on the bake cycle. Found bad igniter. Quoted for parts and labor. Replaced part with TS 12400035. Oven reaching temperature ok. 1yr warranty on parts and labor.; used 1 12400035 (IGNITOR FLAT) from stock

Complaint that the oven is not reaching proper temperature. Found all bake elements working well. Thermostat is normal. Mentioned to the customer to adjust temperature on the panel and see it works. Didnt see any issues with the unit. Collected trip fee.

"Intermittently not draining. Went away and when came back unit had water in it and had leaked a little. In tests no unit operated properly, filled, agitated, drained and spun out ok.Drain pump and control showing as nla. Water valves are available, but neither failing in testing.No failure found in testing, advised many parts nla. Not getting repaired, collected for service call only"

Complaint that the refrigerator freezer side is icing up. Found gaskets not fixed in its place. Adjusted gasket and door and all working good.Quoted for minor repairs.
