"When I arrived and conducted my diagnostics, I identified multiple technical issues. First, in the freezer compartment, there was severe over-freezing; it had a faulty thermostat and damaged wiring. In the small secondary doors, the wiring and touch control panel were compromised. Moreover, the main control board was defective. In addition, there were drainage issues in the refrigerator section. I provided the customer with an estimate; however, they declined it for now and will reconsider."

Cs arches me testing and it hadnt been turning on for him and running like it was for me.
