Made an appointment then cancelled. Said no one was in our area. Made it for next day. Got so many texts , e-mails and calls to confirm both appointments. Had to tell the person they rescheduled to the next day. Came the next day and someone gave the technician a wrong item #. Couldn’t even look at our refrigerator. So angry! This was the Friday before Thanksgiving. WE had to call to reschedule, thankful we got an appointment for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. NO reminders AT ALL for this date. Did receive an invoice saying the repairs were done over an hour BEFORE the tech actually showed up. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. No problems there.
