"Replaced control and vent, ran through diagnostic cycle and verified vent closed in cycle and open after. Opening door directly after test cycle and vent did drip on floor. Told cs it has to go through full cycle and give unit chance to evaporate. In looking at unit it was installed vertical and vent drains back into unit, tilting back as suggested in installation would help vent clear water, but very little room to adjust, did raise front feet as far as they could before hitting top of opening."

"Unit is under warranty per receipt. Complaint of unit not stopping cycle. Ran end of times cycle and didnt stop in about 8 minutes. Drying my fine just not stopping.Replaced timer and ran end of timed cycle, stopped properly. Cs to monitor and n other cycle, but testing fine."

"Unit leaking from front of freezer, customer moved unit out/in, found evap drain clogged, drain hose clogged, cleared and draining fine. Steamed clear build up."

"Complaint of freezing items on top shelf of rf and noisy icemaker. Icemaker is normal. Has tall items in front of air vent. , measuring 31 degrees of those items. Damper and icemaker have been replaced previously by A&E. Measured 36 mid and bottom.Temp set at mid selection and has not used to adjust.Replaced thermistor and instructed to put smaller items to n front of vent to not block it and also advised to give the thermistor/sensor an inch of space for airflow( food was right against it). Also sent to the temp to one setting warmer."
