Replaced the evap cover and thermistor. Defrosted coil. Tested ok.

Lid latch broke in the lock. Removed the broken piece. Replaced the lid strike. Tested okay. ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11457841 STRIKE

Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise while it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The receipt given by the tenant is not valid. The issue is from a cracked blower wheel. The unit needs a new blower wheel and motor just in case the wheel is seized to the motor. The service call or full repair payment is needed to move forward.; O-emld tckt
