Complaint the the dishwasher is beeping and wont stop. Found float switch activated. Ran diagnostic to verify for leaks and all normal. Found water in the drip pan. Cleared it all and unit running normal. No leaks detected.

Complaint that the IM is not working properly. Found frozen line and poor water flow. Customer will have the water line verified. IM is cycling with no issues. Defrosted the line. Mentioned to the customer that as soon as the line is fixed to keep an eye on the unit for good ice production.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS PLEASANT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE WAS PATIENT IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND IN EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY.
TOTALLY FIXED THE SEVERAL PROBLEMS THAT MY REFRIGERATOR ANF FREEZER HAD. IHAVE MY FREEZER BACK!!!
