The freezer was defrosted but THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED, I had a conversation with the gentleman who was there, he insisted there was no problem. I told him the freezer would refreeze within a couple of days, and it has. We are almost back to where we were before the call. I am not impressed!!

THE REPAIRMAN WAS PLEASANT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE WAS PATIENT IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND IN EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY.
TOTALLY FIXED THE SEVERAL PROBLEMS THAT MY REFRIGERATOR ANF FREEZER HAD. IHAVE MY FREEZER BACK!!!
