"Complaint that the wash is emitting a burnt smell while in the spin cycle. Found error code F0E4, F0E5, F7F7. Ran diagnostic cycle and found no burnt smell. Found transmission starting to leak oil could be possible the smell. Unit ran through all the cycles without any issues. No burnt wire and control board is in great shape. Called Safety to present issues. Case Sr#21636442."

Complaint that the washer was not draining until customer cleared out the filter and wanted to verify if the unit was working correctly. Found no issues with the washer. Ran a quick and spin cycle and all working normal. Collected trip fee.

Complaint that the dishwasher is leaking from the bottom under the sump pump. Found bad sump pump. Replaced part and unit no longer leaking. Ran diagnostic cycle and all working normal.

Lower inspection showed leaking from gear case assembly; rqstng P&A on 1 W11449841 (Gear case assembly) and 1 W10734521 (Clutch) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate) and 1 W10752187 (Washplate screw) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"
