I was promised the first appointment of the day. He came at 12. Apparently wasn’t accurately informed of the nature of the problem because it involved the venting of the dryer and he doesn’t do that. So he told me to get somebody who does that. Very dissatisfied.

We also understand how disappointing it was to learn that your issue involved the dryer venting. Unfortunately, venting services require a specialized contractor and are outside the scope of the appliance repairs we perform.
