Inspected and found L1 (black) power wire connector at molex connection in compressor compartment is not making proper contact and entire unit is loosing power, spoke with Techline and they advised not to hard wire the connector wires. They are submitting for unit to be reviewed for exchange."

"Pulled unit and replaced sump assy, control. Reinstalled and ran diagnostic cycle. Completed fine and no signs of leaking, drip tray dry. Previous fails had been occurring around an hour into cycle, will have cs monitor."

"After last visit and hour into a quick wash, cs got the 8-4 error, water in tray, which she cleared, she moved items from the front of lower rack and ran cycle, again an hour or so into cycle she got error again. Unit giving code on arrival cleared tray and ran unit, no leak at all in first 20 minutes. Can only raise front feet a couple turns and cannot make it tilt much basically vertical, maybe slightly back now.Unit fills,drains, washes with verified spray arm movement and with no leaking in testing.Same f9e2 drain motor electrical issue and f8e4 overflow errors as yesterday. With same issues and unable to recreate will order control and sump assy, 2x time for not having to come out to replace sump.Office to contact cs when parts come in to schedule return ; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Sump assy) and 1 W11672225 (Control) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of not running, said it made a growling noise but nothing else. Started cycle and unit drained, filled and went into wash , verified spray arm movement. Cancelled and drained fine. Ran diagnostic cycle and went through cycles fineF9e2, f8e4, drain issue/overflow. Unit running through cycle and draining fine in testing, likely had water in overflow from suds/dish placement, but has since evaporated and now working. Showed how to access tray and have tips on usage"
