Complaint not heating again was only warm. Test oven is heating fine at this time. Temp sensor resistance is good at 350 degrees 118.3 V to spark module and about 9 VDC to valve lites every time. BUYER BEWARE!! Glen was wonderful! His mannerisms were very professional & he explained everything! My only issue was the advertised pricing. Dryer vent cleaning was advertised at $79. After looking at things, he explained the vent was very much blocked. He spoke to his boss & came back stating it would be $499!!! I had been w/out a dryer for 5 days by then & was kind of in a pinch. The next day, colleagues voiced how overpriced the service was. My advice is, don’t be fooled by the advertised price!! I expected it to be more when he said how blocked it was, but not $420 more…. I feel like a single woman who was once again taken advantage of.

An appointment for a technician was scheduled right away. On the scheduled day, Gleen W. arrived on time, fully equipped with all the necessary tools and spare parts. He worked professionally, and within an hour, everything was fixed!
