Customer complained of drip like leak front front area when using unit. Ran service mode and no error codes present took off front panel and ran unit. Found leak from vent area. "Customer complained unit not working. Gives error code. Has f5e1 error. Door is locked and wont open even after power cycle. Replaced control board from pre id ts, and before plugging in unit found short in wires , customer said she had just used clean cycle. Melted wires short to ground of frame. Left unit unplugged and Informed customer to not plug in unit. Ordering harnesss and door lock. Control board was replaced and is still good due to not plugging in unit after installing new board. Short damaged control, door lock and harness. "Customer complained unit leaking, ran unit and filled, no leaks around any hoses or on tub. Filled unit again fully and drained and noticed drain line in home is backing. Up informed customer leak must be coming from drain line in home. Call plumber to fix issue. No leaks anywhere in unit otherwise. Verified proper operation."

"Customer complained unit leaking says its very little sometimes and sometimes a lot, upon arrival ran service mode and no error codes present, filled unit and found water dripping from hot water valve inside panel. Replaced valve and ran unit again. Near end of cycle found water filling drain line plumbing in home. Informed customer they will have to call a plumber for this issue. Said when the drain line fills with water is probably when it leaked a lot and when it was leaking just a little from the drip from old water valve. Verified proper operation of unit. Customer just needs to get plumbing fixed for intermittent drain issue. ; used 1 W11210459 (VALVE(USE ORIGINAL HARNESS)) from stock"
