Found cold water valve solenoid is weak. Low Flow fault of F8 E1. Replaced the water inlet valve and tested the washing machine for proper operation. The washing machine is operating properly.; used 1 W11165546 (Water inlet valve) from stock

"Confirmed F1-1 error stored in diagnostics. Also found the oven door does not close and seal completely. The oven door hinges would need to be replaced along with the oven doors door gasket and oven sensor and harness. Tested operation of the oven control. The bake and broil elements are heating, all surface cook tops are operating properly, as well as blower motor. Quoted parts for replacement, Door Hinges 2X of part# 74011142 , oven door gasket part number WPW10162384, oven sensor part# 12001656 Quoted $300-350 for parts plus tax, and $300 for labor. Paid $129.00 for service diagnosis. Customer wants to think about it regarding whether to go with repair or purchase new. The Range is 20 yrs old. Customer will call if decide will go with the repair"

"Replaced the isolation inlet valve, tested the water dispenser. The water flow is restored with great pressure to the dual inlet valves and water filter housing. With water filter in place water is still not flowing great. With water filter not installed the water flow is great. I can not bypass the water filter to determine if the filter or the water filter housing is the issue. I talked with a Mike regarding this. Unfortunately I am ordering the water filter housing and water filter. The water filter housing currently out of stock. We will call customer to schedule follow up appointment when parts arriving, talked with Crystal regarding this.; ordrng 1 W11758337 (Housing) and 1 W11758355 (Water filter)"

"I replaced the main control, confirmed main inlet water valve has water supplied and turned on, the inlet valve is 14 ohms and is now receiving 12 volts DC, Whirlpool confirmed the isolation valve is 12v DC and not a 120v AC, the valve is not opening. Case# 23110925, Leon at Whirlpool. I now need to replace the isolation valve part# W11732307; ordrng 1 W11732307 (Inlet water valve) and 1 W11753942 (Dua water valve)"

"Found F8 E1 stored fault, for a long fill error. The hot water supply was turned off to the washer, and the Normal wash cycle temperature setting was set for hot water. Cleared the stored fault code, performed a self test in diagnostics, no errors. Tested the washing machine in a normal wash cycle. Found the hot water inlet valve restricting water causing the F8 E1 error, Quoted inlet water valve replacement at $249.00 plus part cost $100.51 plus tax. Part# W11513255 water inlet valve. Customer does not want to replace the water valve at this time, they will be using cold water washes."
