Cust was storing the eggs under vents from freezer and froze the eggs .She moved them. Nothing else is frozen in fridgeFreezer is over packed and needs to be organized Restricting air flow and sending all cold air down to the fridge .Didnt want to change temps just for eggs.Advised to organize freezer so dont block air flow.
