Excellent phone interaction. Fast service. On time. Technician was excellent. Friendly, pleasant polite. Literally within seconds of seeing the washing machine she identified the problem. She provided two alternative solutions and guided us to make the right choice. Once the solution was implemented the machine ran like new! I highly recommend Advantage Appliance.
