Found there is no model serial tag. Checked the freezer behind grill side draws also checked fridge side drawsNo model and serialOver 20 years old 2005. looked up with generic model from owners manualSays Wrx29x20949 ice make no longer available Called Franklin office spoke with MH explained no model number cant service; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)
