The diagnostic visit for the technician is a waste of money, 137$. My refrigerator has the beeping sounds and “call service”light once a day. He called the support center and said the issue may be the door switches. He also suggested replacing the thermistors. Both did not resolve the issue. He did not even open the panel to check what the issue is.
