Found ice maker fill tube misaligned, causing water to leak onto evaporator fan area and back of wall, created ice buildup. Ice accumulation caused evaporator fan blade to contact ice, producing the reported noise. Repositioned fill tube to correct alignment, and secured with zip ties. Removed ice buildup, verified proper ice maker fill pattern and normal evaporator fan operation. Unit is operating properly. Job is complete."
