"Customer complaint washer fills then drains without washing. Entered diagnostics and verified no component failure present. Verified washer operation in normal cycle on Tap Cold selection. Unit fills, agitates, drains and spins properly. Found hot water supply not connected to appliance. Advised customer unit requires proper water supply configuration and that non-Tap Cold temperature selections may not operate correctly without hot water connection installed.
