"Arrived I found interface panel and control failed,quoted,cx paid,I ordered panel UI; ordrng 1 W11806852 (PANEL-UI)"

"SR#23213324 When I arrived, I found that there was damage to the door hinge and door panel. I proceeded to replace them. When I installed them, I noticed that the frame had also been damaged. The front panel needed to be replaced, as well as the seals and bracket. I called Whirlpool technical support; they processed everything, documented everything, and I proceeded to order the parts.; ordrng 1 W11752163 (Panel) and 2 W11747862 (Bracket)s and 1 Wp3387242 (Seal) and 1 W11310031 (Strike) and 1 W11551763 (Switch)"

"When I arrived, I found that it had problems with the compressor, in addition to having a leak in the evaporator. When trying to get the compressor, it turns out that it is no longer available."

"Arrived I adjusted support arm, tested ok"

"Replaced ice maker and ran all test ice box fan, ice maker, temp sensors and ice box bin switch all working properly. Ice water fill option not available for this model on either door or freezer IM. Mentioned to customer to keep an eye on the refrigerator for ice production."

Complaint that the dishwasher is not starting any cycle. Found failed door switch and harness wire. Quoted for parts and labor. Customer will be looking into another unit. Collected trip fee. CC.

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Plugged in and is in drain, says cancelling cycle. Does same when pressure tube disconnected and verified no blockage in tube, no water in basket. Lid lock made several attempts to lock but does not. Screen says cancelling cycle.Unit will not go into diagnostic cycle. Needs door lock, control and u/i. Part diagram not coming up for this unit, needs u/I, control, lid lock, agitator and screw, gear case assy, 2x time.Office to contact when parts come in to schedule return; ordrng 1 W11754447 (Gear case assy) and 1 W10734521 (Clutch) and 1 W11754929 (Encoder/hmi) and 1 W11678112 (Control) and 1 W11368616 (Lid lock) and 1 W11093899 (Agitator) and 1 W10625252 (Agitator screw) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"

Tech was assigned as a helper;

"Replaced control, heater, evap fan/harness assy. cleared drain and reinstalled parts( number of missing screws, but customer had found, so was able to resecure.cs to monitor.Much of the air assembly is worn from being taken apart multiple times. If reoccurs would order air tower, evap cover and back holder, damper and surrounding foam."

"Complaint of a rattling noise intermittent. Had a video of noise, sounds like vibration from the evap fan, cs say it stops when door is opened which is vap fan does.Not making noise during inspection. Could not recreate. Unit is cooling fine. Quoted landlord for evap motor / fan. He will not do repair at this time and will speak with supplier. Was making noise last year but has gotten worse. Couldnt recreate at that time either."
