Complaint that the oven is not heating. Found bad igniter. Quoted for parts and labor. Replaced part and oven heating normal. ; used 1 12400035 (IGNITOR FLAT) from stock

"Complaint of loud noise during operation, squealing. Could not replicate. Had a different repair service out multiple times for same issue. Looks like supports were replaced and idler greased, but hard to tell what was done. Approached as first time repair. By cs description of sound quoted for dryer kit. Appraised. Replaced supports, idler and belt (old belt did have some cracks and idler was a bit stiff in turning. Cleaned all posts and added a little silicone grease to each. Running smooth after repair. Cs to monitor.; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock"

"Unit not spinning out, not emptying fully. Found basket to have excessive wobble, wash plate is seized. Possible worn shaft on Gearcase/basket.Ordering Washplate, hub, basket and Gearcase. 2x time.Office to contact cs when parts come in with authorization to schedule return.; rqstng P&A on 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11454734 (Gear case assy) and 1 W10752187 (Washplate screw) and 1 W10752719 (Basket), ordrng 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"

"Unit not drain by, out of balance spins. Put unit into spin cycle and not draining, 10 ohms on drain pump. Measured 50vac at pump. Quoted for control, and labor with possibly need drain pump also."

"Complaint of gas smells when cooking, had turned off once about 6 months ago when baking at 550 with error code, but doesnt show know and all tests worked fine.Started bake cycle and igniting fine, normal gas cooking smell, cancelled and gas leak tested, no leaks found when gas off. Same with broil, left broil on for several minutes as this has been her biggest complaint. Broil is testing fine.unit did a full preheat in convection fine. Verified temps with digital thermo meter.Turned off Wi-Fi as not used."
