Found the lower boot clogged and cleaned it out. Ran two diagnostic cycles and a quick wash cycle and all tested normal. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the pockets for any loose change and Knick knacks before starting a cycle. "Complaint that the unit fan would not turn off and door not holding in place. Customer did a hard reset. Found exhaust fan, lighting and heating working properly. No error codes present. Door is straight and ran a couple of quick cycles testing the door switches and all ran good. Found no issues with the microwave."
