Complaint that the refrigerator is making a whining noise. Found noise coming from the condenser coil. Might be touching the top causing the faint sound. Customer is very sensitive to the noise. Quoted customer parts and labor. Unit will need a second technician to get to the bottom and verify and adjust if needed. Customer said that the refrigerator has a 5yr warranty but are not sure through whom the warranty runs through and they think that parts and labor is covered. They will call again to find out because they are not paying for parts or labor. Mentioned to customer that I can send them the quote anyway but they refused the quote. Collected trip fee. CC.

ZERO stars for first appearance. Whirlpool told me on the phone my appliance was under warranty and i was all set. The first time they showed up they needed to see my receipt. I wish they told me that in advance on the phone so i would’ve been prepared. I was told i was first appointment on their list because i specifically said i had a daughter that needs to be at school at 1245. instead they showed up at 1215 with my daughter needing to be dropped off. I had multiple emails to verify my appointment and 2 phone calls…i guess the needed receipt was in small print in an email… people get tons of junk mail, i have 2 kids. I dont have time to read emails small print. I had to change plans to be available that day, the part was in hand and ready to be replaced, i think a phone call with whirlpool wouldve settled the issue but i get it, you hope i cant find the receipt and then i would’ve need to pay the $400. Everything is tracked with software, honesty and integrity gets repeat customers.
I got my receipt, made a new appointment and gave 4 stars because the individual who showed up the 2nd time was very polite.

Very disappointed. Paid $129.00 fee for house call. Technician told me 2 plastic knobs for stove was going to cost me $360.00. If he ordered, I would be refunded $129.00. Still, 2 knobs was going to be over $200.00. I called Samsung, maker of stove. She told me Amazon has them for $26.00, for 4 knobs. I ordered , looked the same, but made of metal & not plastic like originals. I learned my lesson. I talked to clerk at Home Depot who gave me your number. Guess she’s not handing it out anymore.
