"Complaint of going directly to done when started and when spinning making a loud noise. Ran drain and spin and went into spin fine, no unusual noises. No errors in history. Ran diagnostic cycle. Completed fine. Lower inspection all looks good, cage had scraped against a vent a little and looks like drain pump was wrapped in electrical tape as preventive in last repair, harness secure and no failures in testing, no oil spray. Ran a normal cycle, went through sensing/fill and into agitate as normal. Without being able to recreate failure and no errors in history, will order control, harness and drain pump.Office to contact cs when parts come in to schedule return.Did raise legs to give up a little more space over the vent.; ordrng 1 W11556725 (Mcu control) and 1 W11590868 (Harness) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump)"
