Complaint that the unit is not cooling properly. Found evap vent clogged with ice and customer will thaw out the unit and found fresh food section acting up. Evap fan is working properly and damper. Customer mentioned that they had power outages and lots of lighting. Mentioned to the customer to thaw out unit and run it when all is unclogged with ice in the med section of the vent. Will collect trip fee. Quoted for parts but they are leaning towards a new one being 10+yrs old.
