Complaint that washer is not cycling correctly. Found error code F3E1. Failed pressure sensor and found loose wash plate not holding place properly. ; ordrng 1 W11657965 (Control Board) and 1 W11418231 (Agitator) and 1 W10772621 (Screw)

"Case# 21698498 found household, plumbing causing pressure switch problems took photos called Tech Support. He concurred dishwasher will not work with the plumbing as designed. Instructed customer."

Found loose pulley had to add lock tight to the nut and tighten pulley tested all ok

Complaint that the oven is not reaching temperature. Found Odell number scratched off. Verified sensor and heating elements and all working fine. Oven heating properly but without the proper model number wont be able to do a calibration or diagnostic test. Collected trip fee.

Replaced all part and found a gasket problem. Replaced with TS# W11483553. Ran unit and all working properly.; used 1 W11483553 (GASKET) from stock
