"Customer complained of bottom of rear panel moving alloy. Said it happened diriuhg drain /soin. Checked rear panel per service pointer W11695259, tabs were already bent to spec. Informed customer when unit drains it causes hose to pulse when draining water. Ran high speed spin, unit is not getting off balance. Informed him unit is working as designed."

"Returned and installed new control board that was ordered. Ran district cycle, then quick wash. Verified proper operation."

Upon arrival unit had a different model/ serial number. Changed to unit Im working on. Customer complained unit makes lid lock noise then wont start. Ran service test. Found unit has blown capacitor. Replaced cap from ts. Ran test cycle. Verified proper operation. ; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock

Upon arrival found door alarm switch error. Took off top panel and found magnetic switch had wire not seated in harness..temporarily connected wire and door ajar now not present. Unit cooling properly just had issues due to thinking door was open all the time. Ordering reed switch (magnet) . Scheduled return call with customer. ; ordrng 1 W11731968 (Reed switch magnet)
