"Customer complained of noise when drying her rugs. Took off top to better listen to unit and ran empty, no noise. Added rugs and hear noise she was talking about. Recreated noise by tapping corner of rug on metal vent where heating element is. Its a different metal and makes a different noise when tumbling her heavier rugs. Informed her this is the way the unit is designed and is working as designed. She says its a problem with the manufacturing and I Inforned her all I can tell her is the unit is working as designed. Left call. She didnt agree with me."
