Found the remains of something in the heater duct removed it unit is fully operational with no abnormal smell.

Customer complained unit has blinking light and wont start. Tried to start unit and found unit found wound not start. Found drain pump harness was broken off at harness. Needs new harness and drain pump for proper repair. Ordering both parts. Scheduled return call for 9-14-23; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Pump) and 1 W11643701 (Harness lower)

Installed new controls unit is fully operational.

Installed new motor unit is fully operational.

Unit is shutting down mid cycle due to the thermal circuit on the motor shorting open. ; ordrng 1 W11126010 (Motor)
