Sr#7737401832. Unable to verify complaint at this time. Customer showed pic of puddles found after cycle. Ran cycle for 30+ minutes. No leaks found. Spoke with tech line. Tech line suggests instructing customer on proper loading and soap usage. Documented issue with tech line as customer has wood floors and is concerned about damage. All functions check ok.

Upon arrival found unit stuck in drain and not draining. Unit full of water and door locked. Unlocked door. Attempted to drain. No drain. Removed tons of debris from drain trap. Tested again. Unit is now draining but will only drain for a few second before initiating f5e3 door lock issue. Even when draining it is still very slow. Unit will need drain pump and door lock replaced. Installed new dispenser and tub ring. Tested and verified proper operation. No leaks. All functions check ok.
