"Unit will not cut on. Found unit had proper voltage to terminal block. Found thermal damage to control, ordering control board and both ui boards. Found parts no longer available, Inforned customer unit not repairable. Customer complained icemaker not working. Found full tune was not in correct position and water wasnt entering ice maker. Adjusted fill tube and put new zip tie around fill tube. Ran test cycle. Verified proper operation.

Returned angiostatin new control board. Installed new compressor and precooler with filter drier. Pulled vacuum for 20min no leaks. Charged 5.5oz r134a. Frost pattern started. Informed customer to give 24hr for cooking 48for ice.

Also smelled burning smell found component on control board has thermal damage. Ordering control board. Ordering precooler and keeping compressor for return call. Upon arrival found model serial tag is worn down and cant make out model serial info. Called Randy then called Whirlpool third party number. They documented the lack of model serial numbersbd advised to use WASHER as model number and CT2211111 as serial nunber. Was advised to close out ticket.Case#22886071

"Customer complained unit wouldnt start. Ran service diagnostic, no error codes. Ran test mode, all functions working. Turned off unit and shiwed customer two step start , turn knob, or press start button to turn unit on. Then press start button to start cycle. Customer kept saying shes never had to do that , she tried everything. Informed her unit is working as designed. If the lights are on and a light is blinking its not running, but start button to start cycle. Verified proper operation .She walked out while I was writing notes. saying she only pressed the button once and it started. I said were the lights on? She said no, I turned the knob to sheets and pressed start, I said then turning the knob to sheets turns the unit on like I explained, then pressing start starts the cycle. Unit working as designed. Will be charged trip fee if called back for same issue and no functional failure is discovered."
