The tech I had yesterday is a good guy and he plugged the washer in and it worked fine. He looked under the washer quickly and was aok again. If I would have plugged it in myself before he came, I would have cancelled his appointment. I know it’s a business but charging $139 for a 10 minute visit with it didn’t need any part or labor was a lot of money for a disabled person. The funny thing is after he left after I washed 2 loads of laundry, all was good. But at 11pm, the wagers motor went on by itself. I pressed the power button off and then it stopped. 2 hrs later it went on again at 1:00am and all the lights were flashing intermittently and motor wouldn’t stop and only shut off when I unplugged the wire out of the outlet. Very weird and hopefully tomorrow’s tech will figure it out. Thanx

Was tad disappointed when I was told he wouldn’t replace the drainage tube because a mouse had caused the damage. ( company policy) But he was very helpful when he found the exact item on Amazon and showed me how to replace it. Was extremely happy about that!!!!!

Lee did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, giving me an estimate which was reasonable and date/time to return to do the repair. Will definitely use Advantage again when needed.
