Returned to install belt and suspension. Installed parts. Verified unit now balanced properly and working as designed.

Illinois was belt stretched ordering, suspension rods and belt. Informed customer Office will call when job is authorized in parts. Complaints unit not working. says stop cooling and it started cooling again. Found ice block on freezer around defrost thermostat. Unit still had full frost pattern but was not defrosting properly due to ice block over defrost thermostat found defrost thermostat and heater were working properly. Defrosting fully due to ice block defrosted ice block. Customer also said icemakers werent working on bottom icemaker was just turned off and top icemaker was not getting water due to bad filter. Informed customer to get new filter or leave filter off verified proper operation collected labor fee.
