Lee was very nice, and quickly changed out the defective control panel on my washer.
Originally, a repairman came out without the correct part, and wanted to reschedule for a week later. But that didn't sit well with my husband, and he arranged to have a repairman come sooner. At that time, we felt that because of the man not coming with the part, we should not have to be penalized by waiting another week for repair.
When Lee came here everything went smoothly, so no reflection on him.
