Installed new actuator and belt ran unit through quick wash verified proper operation.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"

"Customer was worried about door switches said one door switch was hard. One door was soft meaning he could push one in and he couldnt push in the other one and if he didnt firmly close the door, it would say door open. Inform customer that is normal operation right side door, switch cannot be pushed in until door is closed. Informed him by design door should be firmly shut. does not have to be slammed but needs to be firmly shut to operate properly. Ran unit several times with door shut. slightly pulled on door while unit running abd unit did not cut off. No dents in inner frame, door switch screws are recessed properly. A door itself is not coming apart or defective. unit is working as designed. Verified proper operation."

"Returned to install thermistors and baffle assembly. Installed parts. Ran service test, baffle working as designed. Verified proper operation."

"Customer complained unit ref says 50?. Upon arrival found freezer 0?, ref was 42? cleared alarm went into service mode and baffle making loud noise when open and closing. Freezer doesnt have ice buildup. Ordering baffle assembly and thermistors for ref. ; ordrng 1 W10785656 (Baffle assembly) and 1 WP2188820 (Thermister) and 1 WP2302937 (Thermister)"

Returned to install parts ordered. Installed ui and oven control board. Ran oven to test and oven is heating. Microwave is working also. Verified unit working as designed. Paid in full on previous call.
