Tested and found dryer heating and cycling properly. Dryer is actually overheating with vent hose attached. With vent hose off dryer cycles at proper temps. Dryer has an airflow issue. Advised customer that she needs to have vent checked and likely cleaned.

Retuned to install new evap fan. Installed evap. Verified proper operation.

"Customer complained of winding noise . Ran service mode and ran step 3, evap fan louder than normal. Ordering new evap fan, scheduled return call for 6-3-24 pm. ; ordrng 1 W11578030 (Evap fan)"

Confirmed purchase date and took picture of receipt. Checked and found that dryer only has 120V incoming power. Advised customer that dryer requires 240v for heater to operate. Advised they have outlet and wiring checked to ensure correct incoming power.
