Amanda is absolutely amazing.
This comment is just a suggestion about the appointment making process; when I booked my appt, I added the model id and number. I would have loved to know that due to the age of my appliance and based on the make/model, it is likely the supplier discontinued pieces. This way, I may have considered my appt, knowing a repair would be unlikely. Maybe my experience is nuanced but if it’s not, this would be a huge help!
