Helped EF with compressor job. Observed him successfully install new compressor. Verified proper operation. He has parts used on his ticket.

"F5e2, f7e7 lid lock fault, unable to reach target rpm. Completed diagnostic cycle fine.Complaint of not starting, just hears clicking then spins a little and stops.Cs also complaining of fabric softener function not working. Suspension ok, lower unit looks to k, ran normal cycle, locks and goes into sensing/fill. Cancelled and drained fine. Dispenser was clogged, valves working, cleaned dispenser tray. Replaced actuator, cam and belt. recalibrated and ran diagnostic again fine. Ran normal cycle through sensing and into wash Ashe fine, cancelled and drained fine.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), 1 WPW10006384 (BELT), and 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

"No response on n control, light comes on as n microwave with door open. Getting 14vdc blue/orange to u/I board. Per tech sheet with 14vdc a u/i repair would be to replace u/I control.When plugged back in control came on and gave a ticket key error, appeared numerous times and then went away and started functioning as normal. Quoted for u/i labor and collected for service call. Unit currently operating. In pulling out unit 3 of 4 screws were not screwed into wall, stripped, made cs aware when reinstalling"

"Cs had grinding then it just sort of stopped cleaning. Ran normal cycle drains and fills fine.Wash motor making grinding noise, some times just humming.Replaced sump assy and unit is running properly and with no leaks found; used 1 W11416362 (MOTOR/SUMP) from stock"
