"Checked and found that dryer does power on. Customer says that it is intermittent and that sometimes dryer comes on by itself. Tested and ran diagnostics. No error codes but, very little information in diagnostics. Checked connections at control, all good. Needs control and HMI. Checked and found parts are discontinued and no longer available. No repair possible. Advised customer of findings. She will contact warranty company."

Checked and found that water reservoir is loose and that back wall where attachment screw goes is stripped and oversized. Screw will not tighten and hold reservoir. Customer says that Advanced Appliance was out before on this issue and attempted to repair. Said they talked to JennAir and they had no recommendation. Will need to talk to tech line about this but they are not available on Saturday.; O-emld tckt

"Checked and found F8E4 overfill error. Removed kick plate, no water in tray. Removed tray and float switch. Found error code comes back even with float switch not engaged. Ordering control and switch. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 3/13 AM ; ordrng 1 W11629912 (Control) and 1 W11545764 (Float switch)"

Removed and replaced LED module. All lights now operating properly.

Checked and found washer will not power on or enter diagnostics. Has correct incoming power. Got lid open so customer could remove clothes. Ordering control and strike. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 3/12 PM ; ordrng 1 W11457841 (Strike) and 1 W11543994 (Control)
