"Checked and found no power going to motor. Would not start. Could not pull out of cabinet, finished floor does not continue under compactor. When control panel was removed found that stand-offs for switch were broken. Ordering escutcheon, on/off switch and safety switch. Checked part availability and advised customer that office will call to schedule when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11736462 (Escutcheon) and 1 W10813586 (Switch) and 1 W11243179 (Switch)"

"Tested and found washer not draining, drain pump not working. Customer also said door lock doesnt always work. Entered diagnostics, found F9E1 drain pump error and F5E2 door lock error. Ordering drain pump and door lock. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 11/26 PM ; ordrng 1 WPW10241025 (Drain pump) and 1 WP8183270 (Door lock)"

Checked and found compressor start device bad. Has correct power and all fans working properly. Removed and replaced start device with kit from t/s. Compressor now running and cooling properly. Collected for repair on cc.; used 1 8201786 (Start device kit) from stock

Tested and found control will power on but will not respond to any inputs or run any cycle. Would not enter diagnostics. Ordering control and harness. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 11/25 PM ; ordrng 1 W11626074 (Control) and 1 W11643701 (Harness)

"Removed and replaced main control. Reassembled, plugged washer in. Ran control calibration, would not complete calibration. Drain pump not coming on. Exited calibration, unplugged washer. Removed and replaced wiring harness. Reassembled, plugged back in. Ran calibration, completed properly. Tested washer, operating properly.; used 1 W11643701 (Harness) from stock"
