"Customer complained unit not running or washing. Found f4e3 error motor not running. Went to try to remove unit and found dishwasher is installed in unit. Unit has plywood around edges and cant find where unit is secured. Cant get to screws on top and no screws are in sides. Informed customer she will need to take unit out and call to schedule return call. Ordering sump also, customer will call when her cousin comes to pull it out, she said hes a local handyman and shouldnt have an issue coming. "Checked and found screw holding rotor had come out and was laying under washer. Checked stator, rotor and slider, all looks good. Applied locktite and reinstalled screw. Ran DLMS calibration then diagnostics cycle. Washer operating properly."
