"Tested, unable to duplicate complaint. Customer had video of sound. Says it is intermittent. Based on location in video believe noise is from evaporator fan. Found no excessive frost or icing on evaporator itself. Ordering evaporator fan motor and blade. Advised customer that office will call to schedule when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11578915 (Evaporator fan motor) and 1 W11458267 (Fan blade)"

"Disassembled freezer compartment. Removed and replaced evaporator fan assembly. Reassembled, tested, evaporator fan now operating properly. All components checked good."

"Disassembled, removed and replaced fill tube heater and water valve. Reassembled, entered diagnostics, ran ice maker test 57, cycled and returned to home position correctly. Ran valve test 45, valve activated and filled properly."

Removed and removed freezer door and pantry drawer gaskets. Checked and ensured proper seal and full perimeter of both. All look good and operating properly.

"Removed and replaced dispenser assembly. Noticed old supply hoses corroded. Showed customer, customer agreed and purchased new hoses. Used t/s stainless steel hoses. Reassembled, tested, washer and dispenser now operating properly.; used 1 TJ725SSFFP (Stainless steel washer hoses) from stock"
