Ran manual tests for both hot and cold valves, agitate and spin no issues, operating properly. Checked slider, no issues. Ran DLMS calibration and diagnostic cycle. Both completed properly.Customer showed video of washer agitating with almost no water in basket and agitator barely turning, display showed washing. Customer put clothes in and started a Normal cycle. Washer filled and operated properly at time of visit. Customer says that problem is intermittent. Unable to duplicate complaint at time of visit."
