"Drained old water out and replaced drain pump, verified operation and left unit in a clean cycle to clear out unit."

"Unit not draining, full of water and water and unplugged on arrival. Plugged in and ran drain and spin, pump loud, but not draining. In removing u/i to access drain pump the connector came off the board ( unit has been disassembled multiple times). Found drain trap clogged and drain pipe from tub to pump also clogged. Cleared and used u/I board from second washer to test. Did drain fully, but slower then normal with no clogs and very loud.Unit will need a u/i and drain pump is recommended. U/i will be covered by us if going forward with repair (verified with Randy at office)Quoted for drain pump/labor. Replaced part and ran diagnostic cycle and all working normal. No leaks detected.
