"Arrived and found wash motor receiving 120v but not running, replaced and tested fine. Returning previous part to office.; used 1 W11613479 (MOTOR/SUMP) from stock"

Complaint that the oven would take too long to cook. Ran oven to 275* with the meter reached 320* and cycled down to 234* and would cycle back up. Wouldnt switch relay to cycle back on. Would only turn on heating element if the oven was canceled and started again. Will order control and sensor. ; ordrng 1 W11707155 (Control Board) and 1 W10833885 (Temperature Sensor)

"Arrived and found error codes F7E5 (shifter fault) and F8E1 (no fill/long fill) stored in system, cleared codes. Customer pointed out when it fills it makes a humming noise but doesnt do anything. Found no hot water hooked up and dial not set on tap cold, explained to customer the differences in the water temp options and advise to use tap cold since they have no hot water supply hooked up. Ran auto test cycle and all worked as expected, ran calibration cycle and customer ran a quick cycle. Unit tests fine.Informed customer should we return and find no manufacturing defect then customer would be responsible for service fee."

Complaint that the dryer is not starting any cycle and. Found no voltage at L1 side. Mentioned to the customer to have the electrical verified and if any issues arise schedule for a new visit.

"Arrived and customer told me the problem went away when her daughter unplugged it and plugged it back in. Found error codes F5E2 (door lock error) and F0E1 (load detected in clean washer cycle) stored in system, cleared codes. Ran unit in auto test mode and all tested normal."
