"Customer complaining it will not dispense water found error code when water tries to dispense. Customer said it happened after they installed new filter. Confirm complaint check up Tech notes on issue , found issue is with filter, filter has rfid chip that needs to be present in original filters.reset refrigerator and unit starts working for about 30 seconds and error returns. Informed customer to get new OEM filter from GE or contact GE for issue."
