Informed customer I couldnt work on the unit under warranty without a purchase receipt. She tried to call Lowes to get purchase receipt. Customer could not find receipt. Checked ice Ben sensor and found door insulation had covered Ir hole. Customer said previous company had changed door. New door had been overfilled with insulation and it was coming out of ice bin sensor hole. Removed insulation and test now saying bin is empty. Verified proper operation.
