"Complaint freezers and clicks not cooling since day, one of being plugged in. 43 g r600 I found compressors locked up completely. Will need a new compressor to fix. Office to call customer when parts come in.; ordrng 1 W11547313 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Process tube) and 1 W11109499 (FILTER DRIER-TUBE R600a)"

Showed up to customers house and customer stated that they cancelled the call when they answered the door. No repairs needed.

"Complaint oven was baking cookies, and started seeing sparks white smoke coming out from. I found complaint true unit will need a bake element. Customer will need to have AIG dispatch us out to finish the repair. I checked the main control board control is no further issues with oven at this time other than it needs a bake element. Awaiting dispatch from AIG cannot install parts without dispatch. Safety part fulfilled diagnostics covered. 7740370681 no personal injury no bodily harm no additional issues found."

Complaint safety previous service ticket COD bake element exploded. I found complaint true replaced bake element tested operations preheated oven to 350?. No further issues found with oven at this time. All operations are working properly.; used 1 W10779716 (ELEMENT) from stock
