"Complaint leaking from unknown location. I think its coming from underneath. I found washing machine is leaking during an out of bounce load, causing water to overspray out the back lip of the tub during the final rinse and spin cycle. Also found hoses are dripping evidence damaged. I leveled washing machine so that the tub is further back to help prevent issue from occurring again. I also performed a control board calibration process. No tub leaks found no gearcase seals leaking. No evidence of anything leaking underneath directly from the tub itself filled washing machine tub to just below overflow condition, forcing drain pump to come on automatically. no additional issues reported by customer at this time with washability performance."

Complaint dryer making abnormal noise. Tour machine completely apart replaced the motor replaced idler police unit still making the same noise dug a sock out of the blower wheel and unit has not been right since. I found housing is bent as well as motor base bracket. I suspect a customer removed the sock it bent the housing causing blower wheel to rub on filter housing causing customers noise. Customer declined repair today is going to continue to try and fix himself.

"Unit still has LP orifices installed submitted pictures directly to factory factory stated true. File number tech line 23044472 manufacturer tech line file number. Safety file number 22593506 safety file number. Factory stated this is an install based issue and is unwilling to cover anything to fix the issue only diagnostics. To fix all burners must be replaced because there is no kit to convert it from LP to natural only a kit to convert it the other way around from natural to LP exists. All burners and burner tubes must be ordered to obtain natural gas orifices from the kits. Per manufacturer, if we come back out for the same exact problem, we are required to charge the customer a diagnostics fee."

Two point water will not drain clothing sitting in a full load of water. I found cycle used was a soak cycle. Customer turned the dial to rinse a spin without canceling cycle of soak. Expecting it to drain out advised customer they have to hold the start button for five seconds to cancel the cycle by doing so it will drain all the water out. I found no error codes in fault history I performed a quick wash cycle with no issues it agitated find spun out and filled to appropriate waterline for the amount of laundry in machine with no issues no abnormal noises no gear case issues no water filling issues as of right now machine is also level and does not have any excessive bounce when spinning out laundering drain pump and all settings are working properly. Complaint washing machine will not stop running. I found drain pump will not turn off upon arrival. I found F3 E1 F1 E1F2E1 error codes unit will need a new control board per technical service pointer. Complete fresh food section does not seem to be cooling properly. Keep hearing a beeping noise constantly. Had a different company come out. They replaced the control board even after they replaced it issue came right back. I found unit cooling perfectly fine. Upon arrival. I found no frost or frozen over items in fresh fruit evaporated section. Customer stated they have never had an issue with the freezer section. I suspect evaporator cover assembling is failing but as unit is working perfectly fine today customer is deciding to forgo repair in case unit starts to have an issue again.

"Complaint oven not heating properly burning cakes cooktop thought it had individual lights for individual burners that would come on. Unit is not equipped with individual lights for individual burners to indicate what burner is on when switch is turned. I did find temperatures are as follows I calibrated oven -10? colder as 320, 401,323,416 average of 365 degrees lower temp by -10 degrees."
