Wrong model and serial dispatched not under warranty no service needed

Replaced front panel door closing normally when removing model and serial tag it ripped put on piece of paper for customer to save

Replaced all parts The floor is warped which warped the tub and now door isnt closing properly the tub isnt a serviceable part

"Found cooling fan seized seems it quit at some point, compressor not turning on likely burned out. Not cooling and also customer has had unit unplugged for over a week. Advised they reach out to assuring for another company that does sealed systems."
