Installed new console and control. Service bench entitlement states unit was issued on 8/22/2022 so under warranty period. All checks okay.

"Found unit unresponsive and Mylar film on console lifted causing moisture to get into UI module. Will need both parts replaced. ; ordrng 1 W11460908 (Panel) and 1 W11460962 (Panel, UI)"

Complaint that the clothes are still wet after the wash. Found heavy bath rug couldnt find right balance. Mentioned to the customer that rubber backed rugs are not to be used as it would unbalanced the load so much that would cancel the cycle. Found drainage and spinning working normal.
