"Tested washer and found unit stuck in a drain cycle and would not clear, removed console and checked pressure hose blew threw hose and cleared checking for holes and hose is good, ran a factory reset and got into diagnostic finding errors F9e1 f1e2 f6e1, ran a unit reset to reprogram machine and unit cleared out. "Tested washer and found customer having issues with unit not competing a wash cycle, ran diagnostics and found no errors ran unit threw a self test cycle and found unit going through normally. Wile running noticed something under agitator removed and found hair tie and stuff wrapped around gearcase shaft, removed and ran a calibration cycle finding unit is now working to manufacture specs advised on off balance cycle that can cause it to stop and never complete a wash cycle, if off balance happens advise to pause and arrange clothing to be balanced and restart"
