Found control board pressure switch failure replaced control calibrated washer and ran automatic cycle test all tested ok

Replaced all parts and washer running normal. Ran diagnostic cycles and no error codes present.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11608056 CONTROL

Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Found unit unplugged. Verified 120 volts to the compressor but not running. Customer will look into the extended warranty for the sealed system. Mentioned to the customer that the AC plug on the refrigerator is not original and was serviced before. Customer mentioned that they were starting to have problems with the touch control. Collected trip fee.

Complaint that the washer keeps running and wont stop. Found error code F3E1 bad pressure switch and found bad water valve on the hot side. Will order parts for a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11608056 (Control Board) and 1 W11641117 (Water Valve)
