Complaint that the refrigerator is not keeping proper temperature. Customer mentioned that a few weeks ago there was a good amount of ice buildup on both freezer and refrigerator sides. After having the unit unplugged for a few days and starting it up and running for 10+ days. Temperature seems to be ok. Ran diagnostic cycle found error code 24E. Verified all tests and all seems normal. Explained to the customer that the fridge no longer have parts available and to keep and eye on the cooling. Temperature sensors are working properly and the defrost side too. The unit is cooling normal. No issues found at the moment. Collected trip fee. CK.
