Complaint that the air fryer motor is noisy. Found bad motor. Customer had the range pulled out. Replaced part and unit running normal.

Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Found ice buildup due to freezer door not shutting with enough force compromising a good seal at times. Will order parts for a return visit.
