Complaint that the stove has a burnt smell to it. Found error codes F6E1 over temp. Found bad control board. Tried multiple attempts to get in touch with the safety department but no luck. Called office and was told to call on Monday again to get approval for parts. The part # is W11594224. Will order as soon as I get approval from Whirlpool Safety and I get the SR# confirmation. Replaced all parts and washer running normal.

Complaint that the washer is making a banging sound when spinning. Found error code F0E9 unit was very unleveled. Adjusted to level and ran two diagnostic cycles and all working normal. No issues with the washer.

Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling at all. Found compressor running but no cool. Verified compressor running at 1.2 amps and windings at 9.3- 9.3- 18 ohms. Compressor hotter then normal to the touch. Unit will need a new compressor and sealed system. Customer will call Whirlpool to verify first if parts are under warranty and if not they prefer to get a new refrigerator. Collected trip fee.

Complaint that the washer is making a grinding sound when spinning.
